With 16 presses ranging in size from 5 – 400 Tonnes, Brooks Forgings can cater for all your cold pressing requirements. Our presses comprise mechanical knuckle and crank presses and hydraulic presses, some of which utilise computerised linear feeders as well as other automated feeding systems.
Additionally punching and blanking up to 22mm thick can be undertaken. This facility is backed up by our own in house tool room, making Brooks Forgings your single source for all your metal forming demands. It doesn’t have to be just a batch of pressings, we can manufacture complete assemblies comprising several pressings, as well as machined parts and forgings.
