Introduction
Our all in one 'easy fit' Automatic gate system is fully manufactured, assembled and tested at our site in Stourbridge, West Midlands. The unit is simply lifted into place on 2 concrete pads and bolted down. Brooks Forgings Ltd offers the units in 5 designs, a range of different sizes and a choice of plain or patterned bar.

Automation Systems
All our Easy Fit Gates are automated with a low voltage underground system (Ghost 200) that complies with the latest stringent European directives for safety. All systems offer a battery back-up facility to enable you to operate the gates even in a power cut. The easy fit gates feature an automatic slowdown in both opening and closing cycles.

Gates
Choose from our 5 designs and choice of plain or patterned bar. All gates come in a range of sizes and are galvanised to prevent future corrosion. Typical material: - 50 x 50mm framework, 20 x 20mm square vertical bars, heavy forged railheads (30mm square base). Finest quality assured materials used. Posts 150 x 150mm square with decorative urn on top. Decorative hinges with security pins and grease nipple.

Access Control
Our ‘Easy Fit’ unit can be supplied with a huge range of intercoms, keypads, vehicle detectors and many other accessories. All accessories are supplied connected to the main ‘Easy Fit’ unit. Please note that the fitting of intercom handset/monitors is not included.

Safety & Legal Requirements
To Comply with European safety standards and legislation, additional safety features may need to be added to our standard system. This is dependant on the type of usage and location of the installed gates. IMPORTANT: It is a legal requirement that all automatic gates are built to the relevant standards and carry the ‘CE’ mark. All gates supplied by Brooks Forgings Ltd carry the ‘CE’ mark and are issued with a certificate of conformity. Non compliance in the U.K carries a £5000 penalty & a possible custodial sentence.
