Manufacturers of Standard and Non Standard Fasteners and Machined Components
Brooks Forgings specialise in the manufacture of components for the Petrochemical Industry.
Very few companies in the industry are able to provide the same extent of services under one roof,
this is what we call ‘The Brooks Difference’.

Forging Capacity
We have vertical crank, hydraulic and screw presses capable of forging from 10mm diameter up to 100mm diameter and horizontal machines
with a working capacity from 6mm diameter up to 80mm diameter x 6m long.
In-house tool making facilities enable the production of standard and special head forms on short lead times.

Machining Capacity
Over 45 years we have built up considerable expertise especially in the areas of machining all types of forgings, pressings, castings and fasteners.
At our manufacturing facility we have 14 machines specially installed for our bar turned and fastener work.
We have capacity to deal with small orders of 10 or 20 right up to supplying 20-50,000 components per week depending on complexity.

Quality Control
Quality control is very important to us and our customers. At every stage of our forging processes,
meticulous controls ensure that only the right quality of components are delivered. Goods inward material
inspection controls, first off, in process and final inspection procedures mean that compliance to your specifications is assured.

Of particular benefit to you is our in-house tool room and testing facilities. We can manufacture
special inspection jigs, gauges and fixtures, as well as carrying out in-house hardness, tensile/destructive
(50 Tonne) and coating thickness tests.

Stress Analysis
At Brooks Forgings we have software that can perform Stress Analysis tests from rendered 3D models, using both static and assembled components.
This enables us to evaluate product structure and design suitability and make alterations to suit various requirements. We can also input various
material properties making the system fully customisable.
