Here at Brooks (Forgings) Ltd we have dedicated in-house forging and
bending facilities to produce a variety of components. Sizes range from
25mm dia up to 3 meters long.
Materials used range from hardening steels
to spring steels depending on application.
Our components are widely used in the
Commercial Vehicle, Off Highway and Locomotive industries.
Of particular benefit to you is our in-house tool room and testing facilities. We can manufacture special inspection jigs, gauges and fixtures, as well as carrying out in-house hardness, tensile and coating thickness tests.
For particular dimensions, specifications and features (where required by you) we have access to the UK's leading independent inspection laboratories, adding further to our ability to meet today's ever increasing challenges and demands.
Naturally all this is backed with our BS EN ISO 9001:2000 registration. This provides us with independent checks and systems to monitor our in-house performance, and gives you the independent quality assurance that you expect.
